A Guide to the Isolated COD: Mobile Map

Isolated is the primary map for Call of Duty: Mobile’s battle royale mode. The Isolated COD Mobile map includes a mixture of iconic locations from the Black Ops and Modern Warfare series that some players might recognize. It is also a map with diverse landscapes for players to explore. Mastering the Isolated COD Mobile map can give you an upper hand during battle royale matches on it.

Points of Interest

The Isolated COD Mobile map includes a wide variety of points of interest, which are primarily its named locations. It is a map with a patchwork of more distinct biomes for which different tactical approaches are required. These are some of the more notable points of interest on the Isolated map to explore:

• New Vision City: A futuristic Cyberpunk-themed city in the southwestern corner of the Isolated COD Mobile map with high-rise skyscrapers and vertical gameplay.
• Launch Base: A replica area for the Launch multiplayer map in the Black Ops games that includes a large rocket launchpad for players to go up.
• Floating HQ: A floating platform structure that appears over random, alternative areas on the Isolated: COD Mobile map players can land on at the start of matches.
• Crash Site: A large point of interest that includes a destroyed Sky Carrier from the Archon’s Hammer” campaign mission.
• Circus: Here, you can explore a large Circus tent with a big Ferris wheel alongside it.
• Standoff: This point of interest is a replica of the Standoff map from Call of Duty: Mobile multiplayer.
• Nuclear Plant: A large point of interest in the snow-coated part of the map that includes some huge cooling towers alongside other industrial structures.

The Farm Boss

The Farm location on the Isolated: Call of Duty map includes a boss you can fight, which is currently the Butcher. To activate that boss, walk over the Farm field area marked by the cross on the map. Defeating that boss gives you some higher-tier loot, such as a level three vest, legendary weaponry, gold attachment mods, and adrenaline syringes.

Best Loot Spots

Loot is everywhere across the Isolated: Call of Duty map. However, some locations have higher loot density and consistently offer higher-tier gear than others. These are a few of the best loot spots to check out on the Isolated map:

• Floating HQ: Although it’s not an especially big location, the Floating HQ often includes some of the best loot in the game, such as level three vests and higher-tier weaponry. Thus, this can be a hotly contested landing spot.
• Docks: The Docks point of interest includes large warehouses and shipping containers that are stuffed with loot to pick. Its large ship also has loads of loot to pick up.
• Launch Base: Launch Base is one of the biggest locations on the map, and it’s one of the best for loot density.
• Black Market: The Black Market location has numerous buildings that are stuffed with a wide variety of loot, including some high-rarity weapons and equipment.

Best Vehicles

The Isolated COD: Mobile map includes numerous vehicles for you to ride. I recommend those vehicles that offer better protection and reasonable speed. Avoid more open vehicles like the OVR and ATV when you can because it’s much easier to shoot and hit players riding on them. The best vehicles on Isolated are:

• Helicopter: The helicopter is the best aerial vehicle because it’s much easier to control than the Jackal. You can utilize this vehicle to move across the map quickly and land on any rooftops or geographical terrain on the map that isn’t usually accessible.
• Antelope A20: The Antelope A20 is a good vehicle for team matches because of the machine gun it includes for gunning down enemies.
• Rally Car: The Rally Car is a stylish vehicle that offers good stability, all-around handling, and reasonable protection from enemies.
• Muscle Car: Muscle Car is quite similar to Rally Car, but it has a slightly faster max speed and acceleration.

Secret Rooms

There are four secret rooms on the Isolated: COD Mobile map that include higher-tier loot to pick up. Check out the secret room on the third floor of the Sanitarium, which includes an x8 to open a graffiti clue on its wall. Shooting eight of the teddy bears in the Sanitarium warehouse will open the door for that secret room.

The Blank Market includes an underground bunker that some players can miss. That bunker includes some high-tier loot and a robot NPC from which you can pick custom weapons. There’s also a catapult in that Black Market bunker that propels you high into the air.

The Sky Carrier at the crash site includes a locked door that you can open with a code. To obtain the code, find the red, yellow, and green number pads around the ship near the locked door. Each pad provides a code number for the door. Enter the numbers in a red, yellow, and green order to unlock the door and enter a vault that includes a legendary weaponry.

There’s also a locked loot vault room in the center plaza area near the top of Vision City. First, find the control key card for the door in Vision City, which is usually on the floor near the stairs of the center plaza area. Then walk down the stairs to the locked control room door just beneath the center plaza to unlock it with the keycard.

Hints and Tips for the Isolated Map

The Isolated COD: Mobile map is one with significant elevation and some very high structures. Seizing the high ground can often be the key to victory in matches on the Isolated map. So, head up the high hills and get on top of larger structures to shoot down at opponents. You can see where the high-elevation landscapes are on Isolated by viewing the map that includes contour lines to highlight them.

I recommend utilizing the Airborne class for exploiting the elevated terrain. That class provides a catapult that will enable you to get on top of all landscape features and structures, some of which might usually be out of reach. For example, you can utilize the Airborne-class catapult to get on top of the Ferris wheel in Circus. That Airborne-class catapult can also come in handy for getting you across the river that runs through Isolated.

The zip lines on the COD: Mobile map can also be very useful for navigating it. Some of those zip lines are quite long and will enable you to reach higher or lower points on the map quite quickly. You can outmaneuver opponents and move across the map faster by utilizing the zip lines.

Notice that the map also highlights helicopter locations. Landing near a helicopter will give you convenient access to them in the early game. Such helicopters are the ultimate map rotation tool for reaching airdropped crates, secret rooms (specified above), the Floating HQ, and the safe zone when you’re a long way outside it.
