Whenever you approach a room where you know an enemy probably lurks, try tossing a Candela Flash Charge into it. Then rush in when the Candela Flash Charge releases its flashing charges to eliminate stunned enemies.

Candelas don’t blind the Ying R6 operator. So, you don’t hesitate to rush into rooms as soon as the device goes off. However, don’t forget that Candelas can stun your teammates as well.

Jäger’s Active Defence System is one of the best operators for countering Ying’s Candelas. An ADS will destroy Candelas tossed into rooms like grenades. However, ADS gadgets don’t destroy Candelas rolled along the ground into rooms.

Players can also destroy Ying’s Candelas by shooting at them. If you see a Candela rolling along the floor, shoot at it to prevent the flash charge from going off.

You can counter Ying’s Breaching Charges by reinforcing more walls. Reinforce as many wooden walls around objective areas as you can. Doing that will restrict the openings Ying can create.

Also, try guarding ceiling hatches as a roaming defender. Roamers are defenders who play outside objective areas during rounds. If you guard ceiling hatches above objective areas, you can kill Ying before she can blow through them.
