Rainbow Six Mobile includes a variety of operators to play as, each of which has unique loadouts. There are currently about 29 playable operators in the mobile R6 game, split between defenders and attackers. Some operators are more straightforward to play than others. If you’re new to Rainbow Six Mobile, it’s better to stick with the more beginner-friendly ones. These are the most beginner-friendly operators to play as in the mobile R6 game.
Atk Recruit

Atk Recruit is one of the mobile R6 operators available to all players from the outset. The Atk Recruit is a relatively straightforward operator equipped with Frag Grenades and Breach Charges. Although his Frag Grenades aren’t game-changing, it’s easy to utilize them by throwing them through windows and doors. Although harder to rack up kills, you can still inflict damage and destroy defensive gadgets with Frag Grenades.
Atk Recruit also offers some versatility with his Breach Charges. The Breach Charge is a remotely detonated explosive gadget with which you can blow through wooden (non-reinforced) walls and floors. He is generally a jack-of-all-trades operator with straightforward utilities at his disposal.
Sledge

Sledge is the gold standard operator for breaching simplicity. He comes equipped with a Tactical Breaching Hammer for knocking down non-reinforced walls. It’s the simplest of breaching tools in the Mobile R6 game, which makes Sledge a good choice for beginner players.
Aside from his Tactical Breaching Hammer, Sledge is a heavily armored operator. Although his speed is slow, he can take more hits than most other operators. Sledge’s low-recoil L85A2 assault rifle is also an easy gun for beginners to land shots with.
Rook

Rook is the most beginner-friendly defensive operator in the game. He comes with an Armor Plate bag that you can place on the floor for templates. Simply drop that bag on the floor where your teammates can clearly see it to collect additional armor. Thus, the additional armor you provide when playing as Rook will always help your teammates in rounds.
As the most heavily armored operator in the game, Rook is ideal for playing the defensive anchor role. The defensive anchor role is one in which players drop deep to guard the objective sites. That’s a better role for beginner players with less map experience for roaming.
Kapkan

The Kapkan operator is another of the most beginner-friendly operators in the mobile R6 game because his Entry Denial Devices are easy to deploy. He carries five EDD tripwire mines that explode when players walk across them. Placing EDDs behind doors and windows is a simple way to inflict more damage on enemies because they’re hard to spot. That’s especially the case when you place EDDs on the opposite side of doors from where attackers enter.
Don’t forget that Kapkan also has a camera you can place on walls to monitor attacker movement. That extra camera can help beginners have a bit more impact in rounds when eliminated because they can utilize it to provide more intel for teammates. Kapkan’s additional camera counts as an extra set of eyes for eliminated players.
Jäger

Jäger is a defender who comes equipped with an Active Defense System. That’s a simple grenade protection utility for beginners to deploy by sticking the ADS units on walls alongside doors and windows. ADS units blow down nearby grenades chucked toward you and your teammates. Jäger’s grenade protection is invaluable for all players, especially beginners.
Added to that is Jäger’s barbed wire. Barbed wire is one of the most straightforward defensive gadgets in the game. Simply place your barbed wire behind crucial windows and doors to slow defenders down where needed.
Def Recruit

Def Recruit is among the more basic defenders that all players can select in the mobile R6 game. He’s a relatively bog-standard defender equipped with barbed wire for placing around doors and windows. Placing his barbed wire teaches basic defensive strategy for slowing down attackers.
Def Recruit also has a C4 generic gadget. That is a deployable explosive that players can detonate remotely. The best way to utilize that gadget is to chuck it in front of doors that attackers are trying to get through and then quickly detonate.
Thatcher

Thatcher is one of the most beginner-friendly attacking operators in the mobile R6 game primarily because of the simplicity of his EMP Grenades. EMP Grenades temporarily disable all electronic defender gadgets within a 5.2-meter radius. Thus, you don’t need high grenade-throwing accuracy to disable gadgets that get in your way when playing as Thatcher. His utility also works instantly with no setup required.
Not all the operators above are necessarily the best in the mobile R6 game. However, there are seven operators best-suited for beginner players because of their relatively simple tools and gadgets. The beauty of those operators lies in their relative simplicity, which makes them ideal for Rainbow Six Mobile beginners.
